How do I make a booking?
Please review the "Availability and Prices" section above and reach out to us to book. We will send all necessary instructions via email promptly.
The initial/security deposit of 250€ is required within 24 hours, after the receipt of invoice, to secure your reservation. Your deposit also serves as a security measure and will be refunded 2 days after checkout, given that the property is undamaged. Booking and cleaning fee can be payed immediately but no later than 45 days before your arrival.
Enjoy free cancelation up to 45 days before your arrival. No refund will be available after this period. For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, the deposit and booking fee must be paid in full.
You have to be 21 years or older to make a booking. Unfortunately Hen and Stag parties are not allowed.
What are Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in is between 3PM and 10PM. For earlier arrivals it is possible to leave your language at the villa after 12PM and check-in at 3PM. For late arrivals our housekeeper will leave the keys at a safe place.
Check-out is by 10AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancelation up to 45 day before your arrival. Please kindly note that there will be no refund available past that date. If booked fewer than 45 days before check-in there is unfortunately no refund.
Is this home safe for babies and children?
As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of safety when it comes to our little ones. With that in mind, we kindly ask that parents/guardians supervise their babies/children at all times, especially considering the presence of our inviting swimming pool.
Are pets allowed?
At our villa, we strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for all of our guests. In consideration of those with pet hair allergies, we kindly request that pets only accompany guests on bookings of 28 days or more. This allows us to provide a meticulous 2 day cleaning after your departure, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for our next valued guests.
Do you provide airport transfer?
Unfortunately, we do not provide airport transfer services. However, there are several options available to our guests, including taxis and buses. Should you require assistance in arranging transportation do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions or concerns.
