Free cancelation up to 45 day before your arrival. Please kindly note that there will be no refund available past that date. 

The payment of initial/security deposit of 250€ is required within 24 hours, after the receipt of invoice, to secure your reservation.

Total booking balance must be payed no later than 45 days before your arrival.

Your deposit also serves as a security measure and will be refunded 2 days after checkout, given that the property is undamaged.
